  • Daily backups. Your site is backed up every day, so nothing is ever far from recoverable.

  • Contact form testing. We check your forms still send, so enquiries don’t quietly go missing.

  • Broken link checking. We look for links that no longer work, which frustrate visitors and search engines.

  • A monthly report. A plain-English summary of updates and backups, with optional SEO reporting.

Every site we host is tuned to the same performance baseline and served through Cloudflare, so pages load quickly for your visitors.

Emails that arrive

Messages your site sends, such as enquiry notifications, go through SendGrid with your domain properly authenticated, rather than from the web server, so they’re far more likely to reach the inbox.

What isn’t included

We’d rather be clear up front.

  • Content changes, such as new text, images or pages. Your designer can make them, or we’ll quote.

  • Email mailboxes. We host websites only.

  • Out-of-hours support is available 24/7 as an extra; our standard hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
